As one of the founding members of the firm which he formed in 2006, Mr. Blaxberg has represented financial institutions, corporate clients, injured parties and high net worth individuals, concentrating his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Commercial Law; Banking; Real Estate and Transactions; Landlord and Tenant Law; Condominium Law; Commercial Litigation; and Real Estate Litigation.
Mr. Blaxberg is a member of the Florida Bar (2004); the U.S. District Supreme, Middle District of Florida; and the American Bar Associations. Additionally, Mr. Blaxberg is a Supreme Court appointed Florida Circuit Civil Mediator and acts as one of the top Sixth Circuit Foreclosure Mediators for the managed foreclosure mediation program.
He thereafter attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated in 2004 with both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Business Administration. During his tenure at Stetson University of Law, Mr. Blaxberg acted as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court.
After graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004, Mr. Blaxberg practiced in Tampa as an associate in a large Tampa firm until 2006 when he departed to fulfill the goal of establishing a boutique law firm specializing in a general civil practice.
