Meet The Team
Co-President & Partner
Carey Blaxberg was born in Miami, Florida in 1979 and lived there his entire life until he went to the University of Florida in 1997. Mr. Blaxberg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Florida, with honors in 2001. He thereafter attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated in 2004 with both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Business Administration. During his tenure at Stetson University of Law, Mr. Blaxberg acted as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court.

William “Chip” Tieder
Chip Tieder is a litigation Partner with Yanchuck, Blaxberg & Tieder, Pllc, and an associate attorney with Blaxberg & Associates, P.A. Mr. Tieder's practice is focused on personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, slip and falls, and related injury matters. Mr. Tieder spent several years working for an insurance defense firm. Through this experience he learned how insurance adjusters evaluate cases, along with the tools and tactics they use to defend claims. Using his experience and skills he developed Mr. Tieder now represents individuals in personal injury cases and others in general litigation matters.

Chip Tieder is a litigation attorney and Of Counsel with Yanchuck, Blaxberg & Tieder PLLC, Mr. Tieder's practice is focused on commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, and estate and probate matters. Mr. Tieder began his career working for an insurance defense firm. Through this experience he learned how adjusters evaluate cases and personal injury matters along with the tools and tactics they use to defend claims. Using his experience and skills he developed Mr. Tieder now represents individuals in personal injury cases and others in general litigation matters.

Cindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and plays a key leadership role in ensuring that client matters are handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
